My friends mentioned earlier, although they do rest in the early morning every day, their sleep time is from 4:00 am to 2:00 pm, which is actually ten hours, and their biological clocks are used to such a routine. So not everyone works this way. Please don't try and imitate easily. Finally, a personal experience. In March, I only slept three hours a day for a month because of stress and turning on the lights. After a few weeks, I began to experience frequent heart palpitations and pain relief. The stress response, and then repaired for three months before gradually recovered.
